The two weeks time-line is an interestng one. By this time, technically, all should have been taken care of - and your job is to just confirm that everything is in order. Real-life, however, is a different beast - so we know you'll be running around a lot. Here's a quick check-list of things you might want to go through at your 2-week milestone.

Update your WEDSite with planning details, any driving directions, guest accommodation arrangements and venue information At this point, your wedding clothes should be ready. Try on all your outfits with accessories & shoes

Finalize guest arrival and departure schedules and ensure all guest transportation will be taken care of

Grooms - get your final haircut immediately

Arrange for drinks, if any, to be delivered

Confirm all bookings including wedding venue, caterer, photographer, florist, etc.

Confirm arrangements for all accessories to be delivered, their location and times, ex. crockery, cakes, linens, etc.

Confirm final guest list count and deliver to caterer

Finalize any assignment of wedding tasks to friends and family

Final rehearsals for all performers at your Sangeet Ceremony

Meet with your photographer and brief him/her about the wedding party and set expectations about any must-have wedding photos

Finalize plans for your cocktail party, if you are having one

Finalize honeymoon plans – passports, tickets, shopping clothes, hotel reservations, etc.

Ensure all wedding night garments and accessories are in place. Confirm your hotel reservations, if any, are done for the wedding night
