FirstPhera.com also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any of its above Services with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.
3. Term - This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or any of its Services and / or are a registered Member of the Site. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions on the FAQ pages or using the Contact Us form below. FirstPhera.com may terminate a person's use of this Site if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the person has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions, or has violated the rights of FirstPhera.com or any third party.
The termination is effective upon sending notice to the email address that was provided in the registration form and the account will be locked immediately. The person will not have access to the account once it is locked and any content loaded into the system may not be available to the User anymore. FirstPhera.com shall not be liable to the user or any third party as a result of such a modification or discontinuation. If FirstPhera.com terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain applicable provisions in this agreement will remain in effect including sections 4 through 12 set forth below
4. Non-Commercial and Legal use by Members - The FirstPhera.com Site is for personal use only, and may not be used in connection with any business, commercial or public endeavors. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members of or use the Services of FirstPhera.com. Disputes arising out of and in any way affecting the Membership including interpretation of terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Condiliation Act ( India Act) at Ahmedabad sole Arbitrator, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
